We usually work on a fixed fee depending on your city and needs. In most cases, it’s equivalent to 50–100% of one month’s rent. We’ll confirm the exact amount after the discovery call.

We can’t guarantee one specific apartment, but we do guarantee active support, realistic options, and transparent communication about what’s possible for your budget.

Yes. Many clients work with us remotely. We can do video viewings and prepare everything so you sign once you arrive.
